Vulkem 116 is a single-component, moisture-curing polyurethane elastomeric coating used by waterproofing contractors on below-grade foundation walls, between-slab applications, and plaza deck waterproofing. When applied at the specified thickness of 40–60 mils, Vulkem 116 forms a seamless, fully-adhered waterproofing membrane that bridges cracks up to 1/8 inch and accommodates structural movement without failure.
